He was predeceased by: his parent Frank M. Lemon; his sister Karen Purvis; and his grandparents, Ethel, Everette Patrick, Lois and Tillman Lemmon.
He is survived by: his parent Paddy Jo Patrick Lemon; his daughter Amber Grace Lemon of Elgin; his sister Beverly Borucki (Bob) of Columbia; his fiancée Melissa Murray; and his stepdaughter Bonnie Battista. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephew, two great-nieces, and one great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Special Olympics, 109 Oak Park Drive.
