Etheleen Weatherford Richardson Obituary
Etheline Weatherford Richardson, 77, died April 15, 2023.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 4 PM at Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Swift Creek Baptist Chruch Cemetery conducted by Pastor Don Squires. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Richardson was born in Darlington County. She was the daughter of the late Evans and Catherine Boatwright Weatherford. She enjoyed cooking and cooked for several area restaurants over the years. She enjoyed watching "Criminal Minds" on television and had collected every episode. But more than anything, she loved her family.
She is survived by her son, Leon Richardson and her daughter, Kathleen M. Rivers; her brothers, Ralph Evans Weatherford and Edwin Stewart Weatherford and wife, Judy; her sisters, Joanne Atkinson and husband, Russell, Margie Johnson and husband Jerry, Carolyn McIver, and Joyce Weatherford; five grandchildren, Jessica Ashton and husband Trey, Dillon Rivers and wife Ashlynn, Katie Campbell and husband Noah, Grace Rivers and Knox, and Logan Rivers; 2 great-grandchildren, Rena Edwards and Jayce Rivers.
She is predeceased by her parents; her brothers, Wayne Weatherford and Danny Weatherford; and her sister Debra Weatherford Short.
Pallbearers are Dillon Rivers, Logan Rivers, David Watkins, Noah Campbell, Eric Rivers, Trey Ashton, Knox Jackson, Ralph Weatherford, and Ed Weatherford.
