He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Russell Mowry, Sr. and Catherine Cash Mowry; and his daughter Amanda Marie Matthews. He is survived by: his children, Kimberley Melton (Timothy) and Donald Mowry (Robin); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Melton (Rebecca), Rachel Melton, Benjamin Melton (Katelyn), Kyler Mowry (Emily), Kaitlin Williams (Drew), LeighAnn Matthews and Bryce Matthews.
