With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Oliver Stokes of Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on November 11, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Austin Stokes, Sr. and Dolly Pearce Stokes; his siblings, Johnny Stokes, Jr., Daryle Stokes and Lexi Margret Stokes Collie; and the mother of his children Deborah Mims Stokes.
He is survived by: his children, Kip Stokes (Melissa Winburn) and Kyle Stokes (Tristen); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Cecilia, Violet and Connor; and his brothers, Pete and Tommy Stokes. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Temple Free Will Baptist, Debt Retirement Fund, 1660 N. Governor Williams Highway, Darlington SC 29540.
