She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" Edwin McMillen and Jeanne Elizabeth Rowledge McMillen; her husband Charles "Chuck" Edward Kelly, III; and her brother Mike McMillen. She is survived by: her son Spencer William Kelly; her sisters, Lynn Coleman (Danny) and Tammy Boggs of Darlington; her mother-in-law Judith Kelly; her niece Taylor England (Christian); her nephew Brandon Boggs (Anna); her great-niece Kenna; and her great-nephew Isaac.
