He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris H. Andrews and Mary Calivas Andrews; and his brothers, Dr. Morris H. Andrews and Frank S. Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Iris Page Andrews; his children, Stephen Andrews, Jr. (Michelle) and Stevette Young (Rick); his grandchildren, Bryan Andrews, Bo, Gavin and Roddy Young; and his siblings, David Andrews (Debra) of Hartsville and Elaine Via of California.
