He is survived by: his wife Amelia Mahek Lewis; his son William Lewis (Karen) of Darlington; his grandchildren, Brayden Lewis, Andrea Sturkie (Terrie), Jordie Bryant (Ashley), Ava, Jerzie, Korbin and Kaslyn; his pet Bocephus "Bo" Lewis; his brother-in-law Hart Mahek (Terri); his cousins, Richard, Larue Coleman and John Hansel Hager; and his close friends, Ronnie Jernigan, Virginia Cotton, Crystal Lloyd, Marion and Bill Tidwell. He is also survived by one niece, three nephews.
