She is survived by: her husband Barry Lee Tadlock; her stepson Lee Tadlock; her stepgrandchildren, Cheyanne, Ciara, Chris and James; her sisters, Debbie Baxley, Bonnie Johnson and Lucy Campbell; her nephews, Josh Baxley, Danny Davis, Michael Hutson and Billy Hutson; and her siblings-in-law, Patty Tadlock, Crystal Tadlock Coker, Reese Tadlock and Steve Coker.
