He is survived by: his daughters, Bridget O'Neal and Brandi Folsom; his grandchildren, Bradley Johnson, Amber O'Neal, Britney O'Neal, Whitney O'Neal, Blaze Folsom, Remington Graham, Rhett Graham, Ryland Graham and Annabelle Johnson; and his daughter Mollie Johnson.
