Howard, Jr. (Patty), Maitland Chase Howard and Natalie Bettis Howard; her grandsons, Howard III, Simons Lucas Howard and Lucas Milling Martin; and her brothers, Maitland Soutter Chase III (Betty Ann) of Florence and John Ravenel Chase of Charleston.
