He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lemon of Elgin, Michael Battista (Melissa) of Orlando, FL, Gina Inman of Florence, Kara Wyndham (Bernerd "B. J.") of Darlington, Angela Doyle of Columbia and Jennie Troxell (Donald) of New Jersey. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
