She was predeceased by: her parents, Hadley Adams and Verona Beatrice Reid Adams; her husband James Wyman Cook; her brothers, Billy Adams, David Adams and Kenneth Adams; her sisters-in-law, Earline Adams and Pat Cook; and her close friends, Nell Holloway and Jimmie Lou Bertram.
She is survived by: her children, Anne B. Cook and L. Wyman Cook (Tracy); her nephews, Todd Adams, Eric Adams and Ray Lambert; her brothers, Ray Adams (Ernestine) and Alvious Adams (Penny); her sisters-in-law, Diane Adams, Peggy Singletary and Toni Adams; her granddaughter Summer (Chandler); and her cousin Teresa Tallon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
