She is survived by: her friends, Governor Williams Hwy and Darlington of South Carolina; her husband Benjamin Scipio; her children, Jamie E. Ratliff (Cadedra), Dedric M. Scipio, Tiffney L. Ratliff and Tabitha Scipio Gillespie (Eric); and her siblings, Mary Linda Carolina, Angela Samuel-Jones (Eugene), Lorie Samuel, Pamela Samuel-Hughes (Clinton), Cathy Hill, Patricia Bryant, Michael Sawyer, Clark Sawyer and Steven Sawyer. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
