She was predeceased by: her parents, Theo Robert Thompson and Hazel Melissa Buie Thompson; and her pet Chester. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Franklin Hyman, Jr.; her son Tony Heape (Heather) of Mechanicsville; her grandchildren, Haley Heape, Hunter Heape, Gracie Heape, Brittney Vanadia, Zachary and Noah Brafford; her sisters, Sheila Leach (Jim) of Darlington and Wanda Pettus (Jim) of Clover, SC.; her sisters-in-law, Sarah Warr (Jimmy) of Mechanicsville and Carolyn Johnson (Jerry) of Mechanicsville; her nephew Jason Warr (Jennifer) of Carmel; her nieces, Amber Rodgers (Alex) of Darlington and Jennifer Pettus of Orlando; and her pets, Lynx, Tater and Little Bit.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Belk Funeral Home - Darlington (229 W Broad St, Darlington, SC 29532). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
