He was predeceased by: his father Dr. James P. Mozingo IV; his brother James P. Mozingo V; his grandfather James P. Mozingo III; and his uncle William "Billy" Mozingo, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Alexander Smarr Mozingo of Florence, SC; his son Jackson T. Mozingo of Florence, SC; his brothers, Mark E. Mozingo (Padgett) of Chapin, SC and Marvin D. "Bo" Lloyd of Turbeville, SC; his wife Crystal Russ; his close friend Will; and also Ronnie Summersett. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Belk Funeral Home - Darlington (229 W Broad St, Darlington, SC 29532). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at the Grove Hill Cemetery (405 S Warley St, Darlington, SC 29532).
