He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew James Stirling and Eileen Whalen Stirling. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Stirling; his son Bryan Peter Stirling (Jennifer Lynch Stirling) of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Catherine Grace and Davis Bryan Stirling; and his siblings, Richard Stirling (Bertha) of Marblehead, MA and Margaret "Peggy" Purohit (Dilip) of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
