She is survived by: her daughter Kat; her husband David of Daniel Island; her daughter Kathryn Farmer Grayson (Jarrod) of Atlanta, GA; her parents, Alan LeForce and Shirley Smith LeForce of Daniel Island; her brother Jeff LeForce (Joy); and her nieces and nephews, Allie Adamson, Abbie LeForce, Austin LeForce and Andrew LeForce.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Redeemer Presbyterian Church in honor of Michelle Farmer .
