He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Fritz" B. Hanhauser and Ruth Hanhauser (Weber). He is survived by: his siblings, Mariette McCarthy (Bruce), Fred Hanhauser (Anne), Anne Hanhauser and John Hanhauser (Evelyn); his wife Catherine Joy Hanhauser (Stankovich); his children, Jerilyn, Dennis Deitch, Martin, Erin Hanhauser (Smigocki) and Lisa Hanhauser (Chiarelli); and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Ella, Jack Deitch of Andrew, Lucy Hanhauser and Quinn Hanhauser. He is also survived by the children they raised, their spouses and his six grandchildren.
