He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale "Patsy" Spignardo and Elizabeth Pesavento Spignardo. He is survived by: his wife Diane C. Spignardo of Daniel Island, SC; his sons, Todd Spignardo of Daniel Island, SC and Scott Spignardo (Terra) of Daniel Island, SC; his brother Joseph Spignardo (Shirley) of Knoxville, TN; and also, Aunt Dorothy Spignardo of New Windsor, NY and Uncle Desmond McLoughlin of Evanston, IL..
