He was predeceased by: his parents, Leget Dawson and Rebecca Waiters Dawson. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Dawson (Donna) of Lexington, Tyrone Dawson (Derick Dawson) of Lilburn, GA and N. C.; and his siblings, Silas Dawson (Doris) of Dalzell, Lillie Mae Edwards of Baltimore, MD, Bernice Williams (Earlene Crocket) of Steelton, PA and N. J.. He is also survived by eight sisters-in-law; eight brothers-in-law; seven grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home, 5865 Catchall Road, Dalzell.
