She was predeceased by: her husband James W. "Bo" Benenhaley; her parents, Soloman Benenhaley and Pauline Oxendine Benenhaley; her siblings, Melvin Benenhaley, Dorothy Marie Oxendine, Estelle King and Florence Watford; and her friend Allison Stevens.
She is survived by: her friend Harden Stevens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
