He is survived by: his children, Emma Rhodes, Moise Green, Jr. and Earl Shawn Tipps. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandsons; and one great-great grandson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
