She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Thomas Lessard; her parents, Egmund Penke and Ruth Sturzenegger Penke; her sons, Jeffrey T. Lessard and Timothy W. Lessard; and her sister Betty Rose Shaw.
She is survived by: her son Michael Scott Lessard (Jamie) of Dalzell; her close friend Paula Hutchinson (family: Eric, Carl, Chae); her daughters-in-law, Penny and Stephanie; her grandchildren, Dana Lessard, Jacob Lessard, Chad Lessard, Chase Lessard and Adam Ledbetter; and also, David and Donna Shaw. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and a special nephew.
