She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Brooks, Sr. and Fannie Williams Brooks; and her husband Benjamin Franklin Ramsey. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosalind Ramsey (Marcel) of Sumter, Makesha Benjamin (Jermaine) of Atlanta, GA, Kimberly Downing of Atlanta, GA and Kalenna Ramsey of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Edward Brooks, Jr. of Sumter, Joseph Brooks of Camden and Hattie Mae Rembert of Washington, DC. She is also survived by four sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
