It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Joe Wright (Dalzell, South Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Sammie Lee Wright. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Dinkins Wright; his siblings, Shirley Alston (Sam) of Perth Amboy, N. J., Sandres Wright, Carrie Nathaniel (Walter) of Sumter, S. C., Eddie James Wright of East Orange, N. J., Ronnie James Wright of Sumter, S. C. and Herbert Wiley (Trina) of New Rochelle; his sister-in-law Melanie Wright; his nephews, Ragan Wright and Dwayne Crim; and his close friend Vickie Wise. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home, 8075 Ruggs Lake Road, Rembert.
