He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lelette Jones Qualls; his daughters, Lori Qualls of Dalzell and Leslie Fryer of Bishopville; his siblings, Bill Qualls (Mary Kay) of Cassville, GA and Lois Rampley of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Austin of Bishopville, Landon of Bishopville, Rylan of Bishopville, Sarah of Bishopville and Owen Fryer of Bishopville; his nieces and nephews, William Lewis Qualls (Sherry) of Cartersville, GA, Marty Qualls of Cartersville, GA, Amy Barrigar (Chris) of Cumming, GA, Keith Townson of Southgate, MI, Timothy Townson of Southgate, MI and Deborah Passeger (Robert John) of Southgate, MI; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christian of Cartersville, GA, Quinton of Cartersville, GA, Nathan of Cartersville, GA, Amanda of Cartersville, GA, Charles Qualls of Cartersville, GA, Carter Barrigar of Cumming, GA, Ian and Joshua Passeger of Southgate, MI..
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home (221 Broad St, Sumter, SC 29150). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery (802 N Guignard Dr, Sumter, SC 29150).
