With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Ernest Sokie of Dalzell, South Carolina, born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 8, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sokie and Alma Toth Sokie; and his sister Evelyn. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Hoffman Sokie; his sons, Kevin Sokie and Keith Sokie; his sister Lin Conklin (Stephen Frady) of Dalzell; and his grandchildren, Ashleigh Lee and Michael Sokie. He is also survived by one great grandchild on the way; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
