He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hancock Watkins; his children, Dr. Raymond Marion Watkins (Michelle) of Bishopville, Jennifer Anita Farmer (Steve) of Bishopville and Cynthia Loretta Wrigley (Fred) of Chapin; his grandchildren, Roman Garner (Bethany), Gretta Cole, Andrew Cole (Jaunna), Miranda Farmer, Breanna Cole, Brittany Cole, Timothy Farmer, Steven Farmer and Ashley Wrigley; his great grandchildren, Abby Lackey, Rhett Farmer and Liam Brown; his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Combs, Leonard Wrigley, Lieutenant and U. S. Army Reserves; his son-in-law Todd Cole of Dalzell; and his sister-in-law Mary Watkins (Bootsie) of Rembert.
