Beatrice Graham-Sumpter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beatrice Graham-Sumpter (Dalzell, South Carolina), who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 107, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Graham, Sr. and Alberteen Dyson Graham; and her husband James Sumpter. She is survived by: her children, Earline Gillis of Dalzell, Willie Sumpter, Sr. of Sumter, Harmon Sumpter (Elizabeth) of Sumter, John E. Sumpter (Mary) of Brooklyn, N. Y., Joenathan Sumpter (Bessie) of Winston Salem, N. C., Kizer Sumpter of Dalzell and Michael L. Sumpter (Rosa) of Dalzell. She is also survived by twenty four grandchildren; thirty four great grandchildren; thirty one great-great grandchildren; three great-great-great grandchildren, and a host of special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home, 4025 Cannery Road, Dalzell.
