She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hugh Elijah O'Brien, Sr. and Mae Adele Sturm O'Brien; her grandson Christopher Chad Phipps; her spouse Tillman Hoover; her children, Lynn Williams (Rodney Patrick) of Summerville, Elizabeth Ann Hoover of Charleston and Louis Bennie Phipps, III (Jan Black) of Martinez, GA; her brother Hugh E. O'Brien, Jr. of North Ogden, UT; her grandsons, Rodney Christopher Patrick, Jr. (Courtney Herndon Patrick) and Brandon Phipps; and her great grandchildren, Harper Belle Patrick and Rodney Christopher Patrick, III.
