He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Allen Clark and Cora Ivey Winningham Clark; his son James Andrew Schultz; his siblings, Cherrie Johnson and Jack Allen Clark; his wife Annie L. Schultz of Cross; his children, Dianne Wyndham (James) of Cross, Robert Dale Schultz of Cross, Johnnie Clayton Schultz of Cross and Richard A. Schultz of Cross; and his sister Sarah Lessie Dixon of Macedonia.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in memory of Mr. Clark.
