He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aloysius "Al" Ferneding and Nella Janet Potter Ferneding; his sons, Joseph Ferneding (Amelia) of Goose Creek, David Ferneding (Cheri) of Dallas, TX and Steven Ferneding of Cross; his siblings, Lois Lancaster of Tampa, FL, Becky Ferneding of Cincinnati, OH, Janet Ferneding of Cincinnati, OH, Timmy Ferneding of Tampa, FL and Denny Ferneding of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Lea Ferneding, Alexis Ferneding, Ethan Ferneding, Selina Ferneding, Trevor Biering, Tyler Ferneding, Hunter Ferneding, Ashleigh Ferneding, Zachary Ferneding, Ryan Purdue and Josh Purdue; and his great grandchildren, Camden Martin, Devin Purdue, Ashlyn Purdue, Wynter Purdue and Troy Purdue.
