She was predeceased by: her parents, Danile Lee Mallard and Laura Ann Weatherford Mallard; and her husband John Swindale "Johnnie" Mims. She is survived by: her children, Pat Weatherford of Eutawville, Donald W. Mims of Cross and J. David Mims (Mickie) of Cross; her grandchildren, Shane Mims (Kayla), D. J. Mims, Rodney Weatherford and Stacey Smith (Jimmy); and her great grandchildren, Trey Smith, Michael Weatherford and Little Emma.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dial-Murray Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery.
