She is survived by: her husband Eugene McGowan Sr.; her daughters, Dorothy Jean Owens (late Lonnie Owens Jr.) and Melody Ann McGowan of Clinton, SC; her grandsons, Anthony McGowan of Clinton, SC. and Eugene Jr. (Stephanie) of Clinton, Maryland.; her siblings, Bertha Hill, Ruth Fuller, Maggie Philson of Cross Hill, S. C., Alonzo, Ruben, James Grant of Cross Hill, Henry Grant Jr. of Laurens, S. C. and Dr. John H. Grant (Belinda) of Asheville, N. C.; and her niece Floree Williams. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
