He was predeceased by: his mother Gail Gilstrap Millwood; and his grandparents, Leonard Gilstrap, Lois Horton Gilstrap, Lillie Millwood Gregory, Jay Gregory and Leroy Millwood.
He is survived by: his father Paul Millwood of Waterloo; his sons, T. J. Millwood (Katie) and Josh Millwood; and his siblings, Dewayne Millwood (Vicky), Joseph Millwood (Michelle), Paula Galloway (John) and Tammy Pinson (Joey). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
