He was predeceased by: his wife Dr. Donna Davis. He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Wallace and Jean Wallace-Baker (Owen Hoitomt) of Madison, WI; and his friend Robert "Cookieman" Kemper of Goldsboro, NC.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in honor of Jon H. Wallace payable to any local women's shelter.
