She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thompson Hollingsworth and Mary Griffin Hollingsworth; her husband John L. Adair Jr.; her son James W. Adair; her siblings, Jocelyn H. Lawrimore, Louise H. Rogers and Robert T. Hollingsworth; and her stepsister Ann M. Verenes.
She is survived by: her stepmother Leonora Leaman Majors Hollingsworth; her children, Mary Lou Finley (Emil), Nancy A. Adair and John Adair III; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn H. Hollingsworth and Willard L. Lawrimore; her grandchildren, Jonathan P. Finley (Leslie Finley) and Jennifer Finley-Lezcano (Julio Lezcano); and her great grandchildren, Noah and Reid Finley. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
