He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Moore and Lucille Brewer Moore; his great grandchild Olivia Rose Bright; and his brother James Mitchell Moore. He is survived by: his girlfriend Brenda Smith; his son Tracy Eugene Moore; his brothers, Tommy Eugene Moore (Martha) and Ray Lewis Moore; his grandchildren, Donald Andrew Moore (Carrie), Brandi Nicole Moore (Ty Bright) and Garrett Michael Moore (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Rylan Frost, Chance Frost, Atlee Moore and Sara Grace Moore; his grandchild Ashlee Owens (Steven); and his great grandchildren, Eli Ballew and Riley Ballew.
