He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Connie Corley Jester; his parents, Floyd T. Jester and Elizabeth Addy Jester; his children, Rene Clamp (Joe) of Hodges, David Beggs of Cross Hill and Neal Beggs; his sister Barbara Shirley of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Kelby Clamp, Joseph Clamp, Melissa Rains (Chad), Jennifer Wyatt (Trey) and Neal Beggs, II; his great grandchild Carson Clamp; and his uncle Felix Carl Addy.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (761 N Main St, Cross Hill, SC 29332). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
