He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hubert Mauldin and Mary Bridges Mauldin; his children, Tommy Mauldin, Mary Alice Mauldin and Robin Coggins; his siblings, Neal Mauldin, Gene Mauldin, Frances Smith and Ruby Bell; and his grandson Sloan Schmitt.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Kelley Mauldin; his children, Eric Mauldin (Carla), Sybil Nix (Mike), Diane McCord (Chuck), Kim Williams (Jeff) and John Mauldin (Beth); his sisters, Joyce Houle and Judi Mauldin; and his grandchildren, Nathan Mauldin, Barry Nix, Jennifer McClain, Mary Alice Bishop, Amanda Monteith, Andrew McCord, Trisha Mauldin, Bubba Mauldin and Kira Mauldin.
