He is survived by: his spouse Joan Quetel Andrusko; his parent Doris Shubert Andrusko; his daughter Lori Holloway (Jon); his granddaughter Annie of Hodges; his sisters, Doris Waldron of Grants Pass, OR and Darlene Burg of Alexandria, MN; and his siblings-in-law, John Quetel (Josefa) and Doris Sewell (Alan) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
