He was predeceased by: his parent Jackie Shealy Simpson; and his sons, Aaron and Avery Simpson. He is survived by: his father Bruce Simpson; his son AJ Simpson; his wife Amy Dale Ginn Simpson; his daughters, Alexis and Amelia Simpson; his brother Drew Simpson; and his parents-in-law, Roger and Fay Ginn.
