It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Beth Lance of Cross Anchor, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Donald Lance; and her parents, Albert Lamb and Nancy Johnson Lamb. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna "Sissy" Lance of Anderson and Alesia Barker of Cross Anchor; her sister Jeanne Hannah of Clinton; her grandsons, Lance Godfrey (Rebecca) of Cross Anchor and Will Godfrey of Cross Anchor; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Godfrey and Owen Godfrey.
