With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Franklin (Cross Anchor, South Carolina), born in Pauline, South Carolina, who passed away on September 20, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Junior Franklin; her parents, Hobson Harris and Pearl Adair Harris; her daughter Leesa Lambert; and her grandchildren, John David Lambert and Michelle Franklin.

She is survived by: her children, Chris Franklin (Karen), Mary Elizabeth Hanley (Roger) and Bebe Gideon (Danny); and her grandchildren, Jamie Lambert, Kacie Lambert, Danielle Johnson, Kayla Collins (Nathan), Ashton Franklin (Tiffany) and Alana Hughes (Molly).
