He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Shaffer of Hampton and Melissa Meeks (Robert) of Cave Springs, GA; his grandchildren, Brian Shaffer (April) of Early Branch, Jennifer Madura (Ricky) of Hampton, Jessica Cook (Jamie) of Hampton, Shannon Shaffer (Nick) of Hampton and Gina Brooke Shaffer (Everette) of Hampton; his great grandchildren, Caroline Grace Cook, Ashton Brady Madura, Justin Hunter Cook, Ashlynn Bailey Madura, Karlie Ann Kinard, Owen Aubrey Shaffer, Lily Reese Bowers and Sheldon Rylee Ginn; and his close friend George Padgett of Crocketville.
