As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kidwell and Etta Kerby Kidwell; and his brother Gene Kidwell. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Joan Kidwell; his son William Brian Kidwell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Christopher Smith (Kristin), Beverly Reese Kidwell and Ethan Kidwell; and his great grandchildren, Addelynn, Skyla and Annelise Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Bobo Funeral Chapel (1860 Cannons Campground Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
