He was predeceased by: his parents, Janie Lou Dempsey (Drake) and Bobby Dean Shipman; his brother Danny Ray Shipman; and his nephew Bobby Shane Shipman. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Bradburn (Todd), Ronnie Shipman (Lucy) and Doug Shipman (Lena); his nieces, Erica Thorn and Krista Kilgore; and his nephew Jason Large. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
