With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Joe Bridges of Cowpens, South Carolina, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Bridges and Irene Bridges; and his brothers, Donny Bridges and Rick Bridges. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, Chris Bridges (Malinda), Jason Bridges and Chase Bridges (Sally); his sister Ann Mullins; his grandchildren, Stephen Bridges, Kristin Barney (Pete), Griffin Bridges, Connor Bridges, Maloree Caldwell, Dalton Weber, Mason Fortner, Kynlee Fortner and Chance Bridges; and his great grandchildren, Harper Bridges and Lottie Frances Barney.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Cowpens (108 W Church St, Cowpens, SC 29330). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
