He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Blake and Lenease Atkins Blake; and his brothers, Steve Blake and Larry Blake. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Webb Blake; his children, Randy Blake and Lynn Easler; his brother Eddie Blake; and his parents-in-law, Janet and Robert Bryant. He is also survived by two grandchildren; one great-grandson.
