She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Bowen and Vera Edith Scruggs Bowen; and her brother Harold Bowen. She is survived by: her son James "Jamie" Adair (Lisa) of Mooresboro, NC.; her siblings, Lula Bowen Yelton of Cowpens, Bobby Bowen of Belton and Rev. Ricky Bowen of Asheville, NC.; her grandchildren, Brandon Adair, Nathan Adair (Melissa) and Taylor Adair; and her great grandchildren, Amerisa, Trevor and Braiden.
